Walkthrough Ninety minutes on site. We measure, photograph, and talk real budget ranges out loud.
Design & selections Drawings, cabinet elevations, and a selections list you can shop against.
Permits We apply, answer plan review, and meet every inspector under our licence.
Build One lead carpenter on site daily, Friday photo updates, written change orders.
Closeout Punch list in writing, warranty binder, and a two-year workmanship guarantee.
