Kitchens run $75k–$160k, bathrooms $35k–$85k, and additions $300–$475 per square foot. We give you a line-item scope, not a range, after the walkthrough.
The walkthrough and budget conversation are free. Detailed design drawings and engineering are a paid phase, credited toward the build if you move forward with us.
Three to four months for construction starts. Design and permitting can begin immediately, which usually fills that gap.
We do, under our CCB licence, and we meet every inspector on site. You never coordinate with a jurisdiction.
You get photos and two priced options the same day. Nothing extra gets built without a signed change order.
Usually yes. We dust-wall the work zone, protect floors and HVAC returns, and set up a temporary kitchen when needed.
We don't lend, but we accept draws timed to most renovation loans and HELOCs, and we'll supply whatever documentation your lender needs.
Two years on workmanship, plus full manufacturer coverage on materials. Warranty requests go to a real person, not a form.
General liability and workers' comp, both current. We email certificates before contract signing.
Rarely. Our minimum project is around $25,000 — below that you're better served by a handyman or a specialty trade, and we'll happily refer one.
